Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a performance that you have booked for, please let us know as soon as possible.

We are not usually able to give refunds, but it is sometimes possible to move your booking to another performance of the same production.

We also accept tickets for resale once all other tickets have been sold. We do not charge a fee for this service, but we may sell the tickets for less than you paid for them (for example, to members or under-18s). The money received will be kept at the box office for you to collect.
